The 72-tooth ratcheting mechanism provides a 5 swing arc and allows technicians to spin fasteners on and off in hard-to-reach areas where its difficult to use a standard ratchet. Like other GEARWRENCH Ratchets, the Gimbal Ratchet exceeds ASME performance requirements. The anodized aluminum finish offers protection and makes the ratchet easy to clean.

Very convenient for tight spaces and nice to have in the toolbox. Really good quality and price. The ridges along the edge make it easy to grip too

Very well-made precision craftsmanship - a handy tool to have in certain situations where a conventional ratchet will not fit. Can also be used quickly snug down nuts and bolts before applying a torque wrench.

Works super well while working on cars especially for stuff that’s a little more than finger tight or you need a ratchet and an extension in there but you don’t have a small enough ratchet or the angle is weird. Also works for just playing with. Bought 2. One for a friend with adhd, the other for my career/working on cars on the side. Totally worth it. I love Gear wrench

Typical Gearwrench quality - made in Taiwan. Not much to comment on - great for those situations when you have to work in tight spaces. Very smooth operation - could toss my other HF tool.

First impression was the high quality, second was how smooth the operation. Very useful in tight spaces and when removing nuts from longer bolts, much faster than a ratchet handle.
