These shelves are awesome - easy to install and sturdy. Unfortunately, my set of 4 shelves only came with 2 t-screws which means that only 2 of the 4 shelves are usable. Bummer that I'm going to have to send the whole set back as there's no easy way to contact the manufacturer to request 2 additional t-screws.

I've seen other reviews saying they couldn't get these racks to stay put. Those people were probably trying to follow those ridiculous included instructions.Let's make this simple: Hold rack up to closet walls. Extend, then hold that size with small metal screws (vertical). Place in desired location. Fix in place with attached large plastic screws (horizontal).There.

This cannot keep a good tension on the wall long enough for you to screw the screw in place. I ended up taking long screws and screwing the feet to the wall was so it would stay up.

These were either broken, or they just weren’t what they were touted to be.These are NOT tension rod shelves in any sense of the word. They were useless to me and I had to return them.
