TLDR:Very comfortable for smaller to medium people. Still makes a huge difference for a larger person like myself. Highly recommend.Pros:Not too expensive.It really is quite thickly padded for the price and item.Cons:none really.Summary:We've bought several similar items over the years. I have a bad shoulder and back from some stuff I did when I was younger. We love camping but it's always misery for me when it comes to sleeping. I bought this not to try something new but to replace an older item that was just worn out. I was very pleasantly surprised. Did I sleep like I was at home in my bed? No. Was it the best sleep I'd had camping in years? I raved about it so much my wife surprised me with a second one. Two of these for a busted up old soldier and I tell you, I sleep incredibly well! I'm 6'1 and was about 260bls the last time we went camping. I'm down to about 220 these days and really looking forward to the next comping trip!

Nice quality, haven’t washed yet. Overall very good quality comfort. Not thick enough for hard floor but great for cot. Storage bag did tear.

4 stars based on the what I used it for2 stars if it's the only padding you have to sleep onThe pictures make this pad look thick. While it's not paper thin, it is thinner than expected. It's filled with cheap filler so there's little sturdiness. I used it on the couch for a guest and they said it did make a difference to not feel the spaces between the cushions and the couch was more comfortable.I could see this used as an addition to a sleeping bag or the way I used it to add comfort to a guest on the sofa. Using it as your only source of cushioning wouldn't bring you much comfort or happiness.Also to note, rolling it back up to fit in the storage pouch is impossible.

I love the way if feels, but it truly has barely any padding. It would be good for a cot, but not much else.

Description is false. Pad is NOT 2.5" thick. Not even close. More like 3/4", if that much.Otherwise, the pad has a plastic sheet backing which means you can't clean it in a washing machine.You have been warned.

Been using this product as a sleeping pad cover not solo as a sleeping pad as advertised. The plush adds extra comfort when used with sleeping pads.

Felt like sleeping on a mattress until I used it for two months! Well worth the money spent made me think of sleeping on regular bed and became my need to continue to ask God when he would take me off the street?

The less expensive product is about an inch thick, not 2.5 inches. I think you have to get the more expensive one with an inflatable feature to get the 2.5 inches. It's soft and will be used to be a barrier between couch cushions and a body and should be sufficient for that purpose. It is also yet another thing made in China, which might present a quality issue down the line.
