For a while there, I could not find a coffee scoop -- even ground coffee doesn't seem to come with one these days. Someone finally gave me a metal one and I've been using it for a couple of years. But for some reason, the coffee sticks to the inside of the scoop so I have to bang it on the side of the cone to get it out. Not a serene way to start my day!Also, coffee scoops hold 2 tablespoons, or 1/8 cup. As a partially-empty nester I have been cutting recipes down and a 1/8 cup measure has become increasingly handy. So I decided to treat myself and order this set of stainless steel scoops. Two have longer handles and two are the standard length. They are all well-made and feel substantial, not flimsy. And my coffee doesn't stick to the inside, so I can brew my morning beverage in peace. I never thought that coffee scoops would make me this happy. I highly recommend them!

The photo shows the entire food gift … and the scoop was a perfect addition for the recipient to make a cup of homemade hot cocoa.

I had been looking for a perfect size scoop for feeding my birds. While I can eyeball measurements from a 1/4 cup scoop, it's difficult to tell a petsitter. And it's hard to find an 1/8 cup measured scoop! These are perfect and I plan on ordering more! I think they are designed for coffee or kitchen use, but just know you can use them for so much more!
