Great for fist, palms, and elbows (get your mind out the gutter lol). I practice Wing Chun and these pads are perfect for the various strikes we use. I’ve even used them for knees but I’d probably invest in a different strike pad for that later on. This is definitely a good product to invest in.

I liked the strap and the all leather materials but it’s too flat inside. I think there should be a half ball inside of the mitt for your palms because some of my boxers twist my wrist when they’re power punching.

Although the protection is good, the way the hand fits in the glove needs improvement. There needs to be padding in the palm of the hand so that it fits like mantis gloves.
