When this roll of paper arrived the plastic was. Completely falling off and the plastic ends that the roller rod goes through completely missing.. the roll was smashed and the cardboard insert to keep it round looked like a football… complete unused le garbage and I still don’t have a refund from it after sending the item back… crooks in my opinion!
