These are fairly priced. Often little more than generic replacements But these are better built and are truly designed for the size. They have small foam “gasket-like” pieces on the edges that make for a snug fit. Other ones I purchased left 1.5 inches combined top and bottom where air could pass unfiltered. They have a solid, heavier, commercial feel to them. I will only buy this brand of furnace filters from now on.
