Item cane very quickly and extremely well packaged. One thing included with the part but not listed in any listing I found on amazon was paperwork stating that you have to check the build date if your engine to determine if you need the 2005F350 engine with the tapered tip sensor or the 30NOV2004 and before engine with a sensor threaded all the way down. Evidently Ford was still putting the 04 engine in their 2005 trucks so you have to be sure which sensor you need. My recommendation is to just pull your old sensor and see which style is already in your truck. The only two ways I know of to find your engine build date is the sticker on your FICM (if original to the truck) and the back driver side of the block (not likely to be able to see with mirror and flashlight).
