This part came out of the box good to install. Packaged nicely. Looked to be original OEM sticker under reseller sticker on outside of box. Worked great after installation.

Purchased for 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Installation was difficult for my car. Hard to get to and working in an awkward position. When removing the old actuator, the track guide it attaches to fell out. Struggled getting the correct guide position. In the end I was not able to do the job. The actuator would turn when a signal was sent to it (tested it in a not connected state). When installed it would not turn. Not sure what the issue was. Gave neutral rating on the product because I do not know if its a good or bad product. Not sure if the actuator was the issue or the installer. More likely it was the installer.

Part worked perfectly. 1/3 the price of any dealership or online store. Can't beat OEM. Hurry and purchase before they are gone.
