About this item

  • Extra-strong and heavy-duty - made with puncture-resistant resins
  • 3 times more puncture-resistant than standard liners
  • Convenient rolls for easy dispensing; Star-bottom seal for a more even distribution of contents
  • Great for heavy trash applications
  • Use for heavy food, office waste, boxes, cans and construction debris

Extra-strong, heavy-duty trash bags are made with puncture-resistant resins and are three times more puncture-resistant than standard liners. They are ideal for extra-heavy trash applications, such as heavy food, office waste, boxes, cans and construction debris because they are puncture-resistant to sharp objects. Star-bottom seal is designed for a more even distribution of contents. Two-ply, low-density bags come in a convenient coreless roll for easy dispensing anywhere. The 1.5 mil thick bag holds 55 to 60 gallons. The bag size is 39" x 56". Black plastic resin conceals contents so, even if your janitorial crew collects garbage during regular work hours, you and your guests will not have to look at unsightly garbage.

Purchased these for a 50 gallon trash can on wheels. I chose this size because 50 gal bags are not enough, 55 gal barely but hardly to find. These 65 gallon provide ample room including enough material to fit well over the top. The price point is excellent - there are plenty of bags to last me a long time, they really are heavy duty. While a little more than the 50 gallon bags, it's minor compared to the frustration and extra work when a bag tears and spills garbage all over the driveway or street, or the bag collapses inside the can and you have to dig through 3 day old tomatoes and potato peelings! I've had those experiences, usually on the hottest day of the year, or freezing rain, or lightning everywhere storms. I highly recommend, whether using for large jobs or everyday trash can liners if you have one of those 50 gallon cans.

I like to have extra large trash bags on hand to bag everything up after projects. These are a great size and the thickness is about right for normal use. I would not use these to do heavy duty clean-ups for construction type projects.I have only had one out of five bags puncture and tear from the corner of a box. That is why I am giving this product a 4 instead of a 5. It looked like there was a defect in the bag that caused the tear, the good news was that it was at the top of the bag and I didn't have to waste another bag to finish. I will try to update my rating as I use more bags.Would I recommend this to someone else: YesIs the price good: YesDo I like the overall quality of the bags: Yes

I wanted some larger trash bags for two different applications. 1) I wanted an extra size trash bag to bag a few items that were being moved into the attic (just easier than buying plastic sheets and taping them around the items. 2) For a remodel project, some jumbo sized trash bags can in handy to limit the number of bags we had to haul off. These bags works great for both purposes. The bags are very thick plastic film and do resist puncture. That does not mean you can't puncture them (you can).Would I recommend them? That answer depends on your needs. If you are going load lots of light weight but bulk items, then yes these will work great. But if you have lots of heavier items, it might be just as good or better to buy a smaller size bag and use more of them so as to not overload any one bag to the point its a burden to move.

Great bags, i purchase these every 4-6 months. They're great for warehouse trash or large cans... but they're not 1.5mil thick. They're like 1.2mil. They do work great and they're a great price, and i keep buying them but they're not for construction waste or even yard waste... they puncture and tear easily.

Our church was having the worst time finding trash liners for our trash cans. They are tall and square trash cans. The liners were either too short and would fall in the can when we'd throw in the garbage or they weren't fat enough and would rip when we'd try to fit them over the rim. These fit both deep and wide! Perfect fit and great price!

OverviewI bought them for a 50 gallon trash bin.Size wise these are actually petty good. They fit tight enough on the circumference to stay in place..., and just long enough to fit the container. However, they are a bit on the thin side for such a large bag. NI have to be conscious of what I put in them...or the side tear out when I pull them out of the garbage container.I will look for a bag the same dimensions...but 3 mil thick. Pros-Good sizeCons-too thin...results in tearingRecommendation – Would not buy it again and would not recommend

The package arrived on time and well packed, however, the item is nothing like the picture above. The bags come on a roll (there are five rolls in the box) so presumably ten bags on a roll. The bottom of the bag, for some odd reason is gathered together and welded in a clump rather than the straight bottom seam shown in the illustration. This renders the bag effectively nine inches shorter than it should be, with significant loss of capacity. (Photo included).I was going to use these bags to store rectangular cushions to keep them dry through the winter, however, they are completely useless for the purpose. The welded, clumped bottom seam makes it impossible to put a rectangular cushion all the way in, leaving it six inches short of being covered and looking like a mess. The manufacturer should ensure the picture is an accurate representation of what is offered when selling online. These bags will be returned.
