Replaced one my 2008 Silverado 1500 after spraying a couple coats of black paint on it. Fit great, gasket and bolts were a perfect fit, still no leaks.

My stock diff cover and bolts were rusting like crazy and I wanted an upgrade. This arrived quickly and fit perfectly, but the indents for the gasket weren’t uniform. Reading other reviews, I knew what to look for and sealed it up as needed.All painted up and looks great!

I replace the rusted differential cover, bolts, gasket and fluid on my 2008 Silverado 1500 109k miles, orginal fluid. Everything worked good. Recommended using Permatex gear oil gasket maker on both sides of the gasket, apply just thin film. Use 13mm socket. Install all bolts finger tight and wait 1 hour to let the RTV set up before final torque to 20ft lb tighten a cross pattern. Fill with just under 3 qts of 75w-90. I bought 2 qts from Amazon and found out I needed more. Recommended using new cover and bolts instead of rusted bolts and cover. I spray painted the cover to prevent more rust. I reused the brake line bracket & bolt. Couldn't loosen the bolt into the brake line tee. I shouldn't have waited so long to do this. Took 2hrs , easy job.

That image was the first thing I saw - I didn’t realize it was used and it didn’t say it was. I’m speechless and unsure if this is a joke. Was missing hardware, used, surface rust, and didn’t know it was used. Don’t waste your time/ money just spend the extra and get it from GM. Lesson learned

Perfect fit on 2000 Silverado 1500. Bracket was a little confusing but installed with easy. Gasket was great fit as-well.

I bought this for my 2007 gmc seirra drained it cleaned up the old gasket installed roped up perfect fit don’t think I needed the bolts. But fixed the problem great product recommend

I ordered this for my 2003 Chevy S 10 pick up and it doesn’t fit. This is much larger than the original one even though the description states it would fit. Not the sellers fault but kind of annoyed.
