Portability is the name of the game with this ladder. Packs up nice and small and you can easily carry it with you wherever it's needed. Great for bringing to any sports practice to work on agility. Small kids love jumping over it and running through it as well, so it can be a good way to entertain the little ones for a while.I only wish it had some sort of stake system to stake down to the ground to make it more stationary, but that's a small gripe. You can use some heavier objects on the ends (like rocks) to hold it in place and make it lay flatter.

This is a nice product that works as expected. I have been using it for some exercises for myself and my kids. It feels sturdy and rolls up nicely for storage. The storage bag is a nice bonus so you could bring this with you to exercise while traveling.

My son plays 6th-grade football. After losing 8 of 9 games last year we have concluded that working out and conditioning may improve those results this year. Every night we work out for about 30 minutes and this is one of the tools we use. At first, he ran through them as fast as he could. Now I am getting him to pick his feet up and not step on the plastic. I've had to adjust it some but that is no problem. I did notice that some of the squares were not still square and may be of different sizes so tonight I plan to get a measuring tape and ensure they are all of equal length etc. It comes with a nice carrying case and keeps everything nice and tidy. When we head outside I just unfurl it and lay it out. He's getting better and does not seem to complain too much. Seems to be working fine. Holding up fine. Decently made.

I used an agility ladder at physical therapy, and this meets my needs.Just unstrap the Velcro and lay it out. I found it way easier and faster to set up/put away than the seller’s video.First impression - when I first got this and opened and saw this, I was disappointment that it looks very cheap. However, I am very happy with it. It’s light weight, easy to set up, easy to pack up and I like that it comes with a bag to store it in.No need to find something to attach it to in order to use. Just lay it out anywhere, inside or outside, and have some fun!I do not have a need to adjust the rungs, but it’s a nice option if I ever want to switch it up. It’s easy to adjust/slide them (attaching to a pole or something will make adjusting easier), I haven’t had any trouble with unwanted sliding neither while setting up nor using.Recommend: yes! While it looks cheap, I like that it’s lightweight, yet it doesn’t in any way compromise my ability to use it. I like the options to adjust the rungs, connect it to something, and that it comes with a storage bag that it easily fits in. Therefore, I’m giving it 5 stars.

I first encountered working out with an agility ladder at the "boot camp" that I attend so I was happy to find this available for home use.The distance between rungs is adjustable. Care would need to be taken to be sure that each was spaced equally distanced but it was properly sized for my large feet so I have no need to do so.I was only familiar with two exercises that I did at my morning bootcamp, so I appreciate that this has a guide with instructions and tips and eight exercises that the ladder can be used for. The guide states "Use the metal stakes provided to secure the ladder in place when training on grass" but my ladder did not have stakes and they are not listed in the product description, so I assume this is a misprint.For something like this it's important to have a ladder that doesn't slide out of place and the plastic rungs on this ladder are properly weighted and stay in place when I use it at home. I am using it on a carpeted area and it stays in place quite well as long as I don't kick it around too much doing my routine.For those that plan to bring their ladder with them, it comes in a nice carry case elastic end to close the bag and an adjustable strap to make it easy to carry.This is a nice quality agility ladder and I'm quite happy to use it on days when I exercise at home

It does what its supposed to. However it is easy to tangle up.
