Agility ladders are great for just about any sport!! These are nice and inexpensive! I read a lot of reviews for all types of different agility ladders before I chose these. There were a few 1 star reviews for this mostly for the "I can't believe the don't come spaced out evenly" or " All the rungs were on one side of the ladder and I spent 2 and a half hours spacing them out correctly and still have extra rope left over" - Well it was a risk I was willing to take. When I received my agility ladder it came spaced out evenly for me. I wanted to see if the rungs were easy to move and it's easy peasy. I definitely underestimated how long these were. It works out great so my athletes have more time to work on technique versus just running through the ladders as quick as they can. I chose the blue ones because all the other coaches have yellow and I didn't want them to get mixed up with anyone elses. I see these working out for me for years to come. Very useful and amazing for the money, came pretty tangled and twisted and i was only able to fix most of the tangles, the others are still there and was left too much room between each line so i had to tighten it but it left a lot of excess black line after. Still very good and durable quality. Love it

GHB used sturdy materials on both the agility ladder and bag. It is easy to pack and unpack. The ladder is low profile in the bag so transportation is very simple.The rungs are easily adjustable. I am new to ladder drills so I hit the ladder...a lot. My toddler tries to imitate me and he trips up a lot. So far, the rungs have stayed where I placed them, 15" apart, even with all our stumbling. The ladder remains undamaged too, which is amazing considering how much my mini-me has bent it in the course of face planting.You do have to reset the ladder when you kick it, of course. But that is the whole point to these, learning how to move through it in multiple fashions without touching it at all. I have seen people stake these to the ground to keep them from moving but I kind of feel like that is cheating. If I hit it out of place, I reset it and do four push ups. Considering how much I despise push ups, this is a good motivation for me to concentrate on getting the drill right instead of just going for speed right off the bat and fumbling through.I will be buying this same ladder several more times. They have snaps on the ends so additions can be attached lengthwise. I plan to get some Velcro cable ties and use them to attach the ladders width-wise. Eventually, I'd like to have about a dozen of these so I can make large grids in different layouts for training. (Of course I have to get used to just the one for now.)

I love how the blue variation of the ladder looks. I laid it out and was super excited to get to work. The ladder is extremely durable when cleats stomp on them or essentially come into contact, although the ladder does get easily moved. Even the slightest touch will force the ladder out of the position that it was previously in which was such a pet peeve to constantly readjust. At least it doesn't break or crack no matter how hard cleats dig in. When it came to folding/unfolding it may have just been me my method, but it was not too easy. It got constantly tied up and was just a pain. I'm not sure if other ladders are like this, but I wasn't impressed.

I have this ladder for over 3 years and I use it daily. Its durable and easily foldable. The stripes could be wider, but its good deal for the price. Will buy it again!

The ladder that I received wasn't even the one pictured or as described. No connecting buttons at the ends, no organization rings, plastics slide up and down easily, cheap material, and doesn't feel sturdy at all. The bag wasn't even branded like the one pictured and the rungs did not come spaced out (not a big deal but it would be nice if it did). Will be returning.
