I have a galley kitchen. I wanted a small table by my window without taking up walking space or having too much bulky items. This table is perfect. It's small but has enough tabletop space for dining plates and drinks. The assembly only took 20 min. The chairs and table are very sturdy. The table wobbled but I out a small cardboard piece under one leg and it's perfect. Im sure when I untighten the screws and retighten them, it will be even. Some reviewers said the chair legs did not align with the holes, but if you rotate them 90 degrees, they do align. For this price, it's a great purchase.

I needed something to put things on near my rear door - but also to 'hide' the old radiator in my 1920s home. I didn't want it to take up a lot of real estate, like a full sized table, since I didn't think I would be using it as a dining table. This table fits the bill - although I may use it as a dining table occasionally (it would be fine for one or two people - but not much more room than just the two plates). Of course, it is not a high end table - and did not expect it to be. Material is good (metal legs; mdf with wood grain pattern on the table top). It looks rather nice: plain and simple. It appears sturdy to me - but I did wonder if the weight capacity was correct. Although I found the seat to be very comfortable (even without a pad), it is narrow - so not all may feel comfortable. Assembly was easy - I don't think I needed any tools except what was in the box; I believe it took under an hour to put together, probably around 45 minutes. I like that the chairs can fit under the table - since, again, I didn't want something that took up too much space. It comes with nice plastic tips for the chairs and table - which is good, since I have natural stone flooring that scratches easily. My only minor negative point is one leg is a bit uneven (although that could easily be remedied with a thin piece of felt under one leg - I don't find it annoying; very minor wobble). It is a good table set, but the current $140 price for the black set may be pushing the envelope on its value.

My son wanted a “coffee area†for his bedroom where he could entertain his guests when they came over (insert eye roll here since he was about 15-16 at the time of purchase). He was extremely happy with this set! It was really small (which is what we anticipated) so if you have bigger guests, they may not be comfortable sitting on this furniture. My kid and his friends were anywhere from about 120 - 150 lbs if I were to guess. I’m 5’1 and have fluctuated in weight while using this. At my heaviest I think I’ve been 180 and never has an issue with it feeling unsteady or too small. I’m a petite curvy person though.He is now 20 and still use it. The table/chairs are used casually and not as an everyday dining area, but they still look as good as when we pulled it out of the box.Does require assembly, but it wasn’t too complicated. This would be great for a place that needs smaller furniture to make the most of the living space.When I was searching, other sets were about double the price. I would have liked the back to be taller because it would have been more supportive BUT the fact that these don’t have tall backs make it look extremely nice when not in use. Everything slides together perfectly!The little storage under the table gets a lot of use as well. He’s always storing things on the shelf.

I bought the table set for my father in law. It's very pretty and prefect size for the space he has, but I find the chairs to be very weak, unsturdy and too small and uncomfortable to sit on. It's OK for him, but if he has a dinner guest that's not petite size, they may not feel comfortable sitting on the chairs. I am glad that I bought the cheaper model since the difference in price is only the color. If I would have bought the fancier one, I would have sent it back. The table itself is very nice and the shelf below the tabletop is a plus, the chairs are the ones that could break easily. I am giving it 3 stars for the table, if the chairs would have been sturdier and felt safer to sit on, I would have given it 5.

It was just right to put in front of kitchen window. Big enough for 2 people, but small enough not to be in the way if you have limited space.

When I opened the box, I found no assembly instructions included. Not even a simple piece of paper indicating where to place each screw. I contacted the buyer who then sent me a pdf file. My computer will not open pdf files, so I again asked for a sheet of paper giving me a diagram. The only thing I got back was an offer for $5.00 for my inconvience. As a customer, this is lousy customer service. Now for the product. This table and chairs set is very small and not comfortable for average adults. It would be good for children. I had to struggle to put this together, because the screws did not line up properly. One of the other one star reviews indicted the chair broke when someone sat on it. My guess is they also had to assemble it without proper instructions and the screws did not hold. One of the chairs is wobbly and the paint job is easily scratched. Not happy with end result. Would not recommend this product or any product from Giantex.

i put this together all by myself. just looked at the diagrams and it was very , very easy! the delivery was great. no problems or delays. my apartment is a senior apartment. small and compact so this kitchen table is just what was needed. fits perfectly because it’s just me and it’s easy to move around. seems to be very sturdy to when sitting down on the chairs. hope to enjoy the table and chairs for a long time.

I had a large wooden table with four chairs, which also had an insert for the table if needed. I wanted to downsize to give me more room in my kitchen.The table and 2 chairs were easy to put together. It is nice and compact with the chairs being pushed snuggly up against the table. I will be honest, it is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner - but dining would not be very comfortable. I have put a cushion on my chair for a little more comfort.Highly recommend if you are looking for a small table with a couple chairs for eating those quick meals.

I really like this table set for my small space and how the chairs tuck into it so perfectly. Super simple to assemble but it is a bit wobbly.. probably because I’m in a basement with wonky floors and since the price was pretty good I’m just gonna make something to glue under the foot that doesn’t reach the ground instead of looking for something else. You can see in my picture I’ve put a piece of wood under one of the legs for the time being.

This was perfect for our little kitchen, was easy to assemble and with the tuck in chairs it takes up minimal space, but is still super cute ! We love it !
