I got this item for free for St. Patrick's Day for an Amazon Vine review. IT IS HUGE!!! Perfect for what I have planned, and in the meantime a good thing to hold all the decorations for the upcoming holiday. This cauldron itself is sturdy, well-made, and the perfect size to use for candy, drinks, or as a decorative centerpiece. There are several reasons that I encourage you to get a cauldron;For many Irish-Americans, this holiday being instituted in the USA was the first time we were accepted and initially it was very controversial because Irish people were still not well thought of. St Patrick's Day is more than just a religious holiday if your family came to the USA, it is a time of celebrating our heritage, participating in old country and new traditions, celebrating family, sometimes religion, our heritage being acknowledged, being grateful for any acceptance we have received, and wishing each other wisdom, knowledge, inspiration, and rebirth until the next year.The cauldron is a symbol of wisdom, knowledge, inspiration, and rebirth. In the ancient mythologies of the Welsh and Irish Celts, the cauldron was both a practical and magical object, used for everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and bathing, while also holding a special place in religious rites and/or mythology, with some believing the ocean or lakes were themselves cauldrons, and a cauldron's bubbling water in your hearth symbolized transformative power, where the amount of inspiration a person received was determined by the way the water bubbled. I actually ordered this green plastic cauldron for my Halloween HP decor thinking I’d spray paint it black, but it’s pretty cute in green for St Patrick’s Day too. This cauldron is a great medium size with a nice round shape and has unique feet at the bottom. It’s nice quality plastic and should last for years & years. I definitely recommend this one if you’re looking for a plastic cauldron!

This cauldron is perfect for snacks, punch, and any other St Patrick goodies you might want to add. Great storage capacity as it is larger than I was really expecting as well. Price is comparable to what you might pay in a big box store. Has a rope handle, which is pretty durable.

I ordered this to hold the treats for my high school kids at work. Honestly, I know there are measurements given but still, it was about twice as large as I was expecting. I am definitely not complaining (and I know the kids aren't!), but it was a nice surprise. There's a black rope handle that you can use if you want, and I did add it just as an extra, but for some reason those holes are not lines up with the molded "handles" in the pot. They are off set, so it just looks weird that way (that's why it's only 4 stars). Line up where the string goes to where the "handles" are and it's a total win.

This is going to be great for the St. Patrick's Day event I'm throwing for thr homeschool group that I run. The kids will love it :) it's going to be a treasure hunt! This will function as the pot of gold that is missing it's treasure! The kids will find the good and return it to the pot. The put is the perfect size, great quality and seems to be very durable! Good value for the money!

I ordered this as part of a bunch of other decorations for our upcoming Saint Patrick's Day dinner party at our church. A lot of the other ones I found more simply paper or cardboard and did not look all that realistic. This one does. The chairman of the decorator committee was very pleased to see this and complimented me on this find.We are filling it up with some gold coins to make that proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It is sure to be a hit.

I am enjoying using this cauldron as a sensory bin. It is quite large and durable, and could serve multiple purposes. I am also grateful for the durable rope, which was easy to attach and remains securely fastened.
