We purchased these shoes for our daughter to wear in her dance class and during indoor activities like playing Just Dance. Although she usually wears a size 12/12.5, we went with a slightly larger size so she can grow into them.The shoes feature velcro straps to secure the top, with elastic laces in the middle for added flexibility. However, I wouldn't recommend wearing these shoes outside of activities like dancing or cheerleading since they seem to be designed mainly for indoor use.

These shoes are absolutely fantastic! They are stylish, comfortable, and provide excellent support. The shoe features a soft and flexible sole that makes it easy to perform stunts and jumps, and the breathable material keeps the feet dry even during intense training sessions.

These are perfectly functional cheer shoes. My daughter is just starting in cheer, and these are perfect for her. They seem to run a little large, though; maybe about half a size to a size. Seems like they're well made. Very flexible with a simple design.The tread is grippy and does not feel cheap or slippery. I like that you can get them in tie or in Velcro. That's a nice feature if your kids are still learning how to tie their shoes or they prefer the Velcro for a more secure fit. One star removed because the Velcro strap is wider than the metal loop it feeds through, which makes it difficult to tighten and loosen (see photos). That said, I recommend these for beginning cheerleaders.
