These run really big. My daughter is closer to a size 1, but sometimes she can still fit a 13. I ordered a 13 based on the size chart and it was still huge. We ended up returning it, we found something a little cuter that fit her.

These black patent leather shoes have been a lovely acquisition for my daughter, who was fascinated by their elegant design and comfort. They are very pretty and fit well with any outfit, ideal for special occasions. However, we have noticed that the sole is quite smooth, which can make walking on smooth or wet surfaces a challenge as it slips easily. These shoes were cute but had very sharp stitching inside that made it impossible for my daughter to wear them. We tried bandaids and moleskin but the strap stitching was just too rough. They looked cute! Just not wearable.
