You know those awful polyester sweatshirts that get instantly covered in wood chips the second your child enters a playground? Where no matter how much you try, you can only brush off about 50% of whatever got stuck to your child's sweatshirt? This is one of those. I ordered it because the product info said it was 75% polyester and 25% rayon, but it's definitely 100% polyester. The outside of the material feels really fake, and while it looks fine after an initial wash, it seems like it might pill up quickly. On the plus side, the fabric is fairly thick, and the inner fleece feels nice.I ordered this sweatshirt in red for my son in size 7-8, since he currently wears boys size S (6) shirts. The inner tag of the sweatshirt says it's size 9, but you can see it's about the same (slightly wider and shorter) as my son's blue size S Cat & Jack sweatshirt. So sizing on this sweater is all over the place, but I'd say order one size up from normal to get the right fit. Overall, I think this sweatshirt isn't that great and is overpriced for what it is, so I wouldn't get it again.
