So there i was, working on an aluminum block engine when all of a sudden the bolt i was fastening went from tighter Tina to loosey Lucy!! FML!! Well thank Sweet Baby Jesus for the engineer whom created these. I just simply tapped the bolt cavity wider a bit, inserted correct size thread insert until fully seated, and just like magic, the bolt tightened up like Tina when Ike's around.
