I purchased this kit to hang some cabinets on the wall, which use that adjustable hook and wall-plate fixing method which seems to be quite common. Even the smallest 1/8" toggles in this kit were strong enough. They were the right size to pass through the holes in the wall brackets, and the folded toggle will go through a 10mm hole (only just - with a bit of a push). The 1/8" toggles are more substantial in terms of thread diameter and toggle size than the Fischer 3mm toggles. They tightened up nicely (don't overtighten toggles due to the limited amount of thread in the toggle itself). Using adjustment of the cabinet hooks, I managed to pull the cabinets up nice and tight against the wall. The wall plates and the cabinets are rock solid. Don't taunt yourself with plastic fixings for plasterboard / cavity walls. Just buy this kit, take what you need from it, and keep the rest in stock. One note: The plastic clip case they come in arrived damaged (smashed/shattered in several places). I've managed to tape it up so it's still a complete case and is useable, but just bear this in mind when ordering. They're either coming from China like this, or they're being crushed in transit, or the single-ply ultra-thin Amazon packaging isn't sufficient to protect the plastic case if the courier mishandles the package. None of the contents was damaged, so I'm not sending the item back and decided to just started using them.
