I ordered this the first time and one side came completely shattered since it is all glass. I notified the company and was sent a second one promptly. As long as you send in the damaged one in time, you only pay for the one you keep. So, service was great. The product is perfect and gorgeous on our guestbook/gift table at our wedding. It was the perfect size. Big enough to put a lot of cards and wedding keepsakes (ring box, honeymoon souvenirs) but small enough not to be bulky and overpower our guestbook/gift table. I would recommend this product to anyone that would bother to listen.

We purchased this for my nephews wedding for the cards. It surprised me just how well made it was. Nice details and no scuffs or anything. It has a really nice polished finish. Lots of space but the only problems we had was a coupel really large cards did not fit so we had to bend them a little. But that did not take away from it beauty. A really nice piece for the reception and the price was not bad at all.

Purchased for my wedding reception and it didn’t disappoint! It looked so beautiful on the entrance table and held about 20 cards in various sizes. Could’ve easily fit about 20/30 more.

Beautiful for wishing well. Really good size. Missing the gold chain for keys but not a big deal. Some issues with delivery (sending to local post office which is how I usually get my orders delivered to) but was able to be rectified with seller. Seller was happy to provide a refund if the delay with delivery affected when I needed item by, however received promptly after delivery address rectified.
