Under overhead light, the dice look kinda meh. But hold it up to the light or roll them on a well-lit table and their uniqueness really shines! The top and bottom of each die is matte black, with the colors drifting through the middle. This is my new favorite set, and NO I'm not loaning these out to you during the game!

i got these dice for my stepdad for his birthday and he loved them. they look amazing and aren’t cheap quality.they have a glow to them in certain lighting. they have a good weight to them and the numbers are very visible. theyare amazing for their price. i would most definitely buy again.

These are exactly as advertised and very cheesy, as expected. They're basically the same size as a normal polyhedral set, but with sharper edges and corners. Maybe they don't roll 100% random by strict scientific standards, on account of the holes, but really... it's cheese dice. Who cares. They're fun, silly, and good quality dice.

Gold veined dice - Out of the box, they had an ugly dull matte finish. It looked like a film of powder or something, but a quick polish with my t-shirt gave them a normal glossy finish. The gold paint used for the engraved veins and numbers is more metallic than usual, which really makes them glitter. The base is made of a clear tinted resin (red, green, and blue) with mica powder swirled in to give it a slightly pearly appearance in places. I bought these as a gift but I think I'm going to get myself a set. Just be aware that you will need to spend a few minutes polishing them.
