Exactly what I needed. My pallet jack arrived in perfect condition, covered in cardboard and plastic wrap (even the wheels had plastic wrap) and is everything as advertised. Smooth and strong. I also appreciate that it has Zerk fittings for a grease gun. The blue paint is also very nice. Yes, I rate this pallet jack, service, and quick shipping 5 stars. Also, a shout out to Old Dominion Trucking that delivered it. Second time the same driver delivered to me and each time he expertly backed up my dead-end street. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.
