Purchased to hold a 22 Chevy Malibu manual. It's quite a bit bigger than our manual. It's not super fancy nor does it seem to be of great quality but for no more than it will be actually handled it definitely serves the purpose of holding the manual and other necessary car paperwork.

I bought this for my beloved 2001 Porsche 911. Unfortunately, after 22 years, my original document holder is crumbling apart. I knew from the description that I would have an issue with thickness. This organizer is described as handling 1 inch manuals and my paper stack is 1.5". It all actually fits but the cover doesn't close entirely. The white paper showing in the picture is the free maintenance log that was provided with the organizer, and it's okay if this gets a little messed up. The original paper work fits in the pouch although it's a tight squeeze. I could remove some stuff, like the booklet with the Porsche dealer network from 2001. I prefer to keep everything for nostalgic reasons. My wife says she can extend the velcro strap. Or maybe I will get a second document holder and divide up the material. The manual alone is less than 1" and fits perfectly. I do recommend this, especially if your paper stack is 1" or less, 1.25" might still clasp normally.

I bought this to try a keep my auto documents (registration , insurance, mileage/repair log, gas receipts) organized in my glove compartment which is what the product is supposed to be for. It will do that. The product is a bit larger than expected. My car is new and the glove box is empty so not a big deal but if you have limited space in your glove box this probably isn’t for you. It comes with a log. The log is cheap and IMHO useless if this is your reason for buying don’t. There is room for the items I noted in my why I wanted it list and probably a few other compact items like an emergency charger cord and battery/charger for your phone. Not sure I would buy again, would likely look for something more compact. However, if you have the room in your glove compartment then go for it.

Works great. Lots of compartments and included a tire pressure gauge. I think the listing said it holds up to 1" manual but mine was a bit thicker (1.25")and it fits no problem.
