Bought a bunch of these to give out at Halloween. They are cute, fun and seem to be high quality. And are a great deal. But as another reviewer mentioned, mine do not glow in the dark either. If they had, I would have given them five stars, but they have no instructions and after exposing them to bright light….nothing. So only three stars for false advertising.
