Great for my daughters birthday glow party. I should have read details more, they do NOT glow under black light or glow in dark. Other then that they worked great for party.

These were great! Only 4 stars because one had this weird seam with tape on it. Luckily I had 3 and only needed 2 so I didn't need to use the one with the taped seam. Otherwise nice quality from the other 2. My son was happy for his party
