Product Description

GlowShift -4 AN Fuel Rail Thread Adapters for the GM Schrader Valve are designed for GM cars and trucks equipped with an electronic fuel pressure test port. CNC-machined from billet aluminum, this fuel rail adapter works on GM multiport fuel injected engines that have a Schrader valve on the fuel rail. Avoid major modifications by installing to the fuel pressure test port for monitoring of aftermarket fuel pressure sensors. There is an adjustable height pin to depress the Schrader valve, eliminating any need to remove the Schrader valve in the process.

This -4 AN Fuel Rail Thread Adapter for the GM Schrader Valve Can Be Installed with a Few Simple Steps. The Front Side Accepts a Standard 1/8" NPT Fitting for a Direct-Mount Fuel Gauge or Fuel Pressure Sending Unit.

Locate Test Port

To Install this Fuel Rail Thread Adapter for GM Vehicles, Locate the Fuel Pressure Test Port on the Fuel Rail and Remove the Cap.

Install The Adapter

Install the -4 AN Fuel Rail Thread Adapter to Your GM Vehicle’s Fuel Pressure Test Port and Tighten Using a 13mm Wrench.

Thread The Sensor

Thread the 1/8-27 NPT Fuel Pressure Sensor into the Smooth Female End of the Adapter and Tighten Using a 13mm and 22mm Wrench.

This part adapts the AN-4 port on the fuel rail to 1/8" npt. Not cheap, but fits perfectly, unlike a lot of parts these days.

I bought a set from glowshift a few months back and that set came with a fitting and a 90. That fitting broke like cast aluminum so I had to order this one. This one is a billet piece. No scrader valve insert on the inside. Fit on a factory fuel rail for a 5.3 with truck intake

Not a big deal, but worth mentioning that it is important to clean the part so no shavings get into the fuel system. Also, it does not have a Schrader valve depressor, so it doesn’t allow quick release.
