This brass sensor adapter is ideal for oil pressure and fuel pressure sensors that will not thread into your stock port. If you are using this brass sensor adapter for a temperature sensor, a test port sender extender must be purchased since most temperature sensors will not fit through the borehole. It is recommended to use Teflon tape on each thread to prevent any leaks for a secure connection.

This is adapter works perfectly for testing oil pressure on the 5.3L. Only one I could find that fit without bumping into things.

My instrument cluster went out on my John Deere 425 and I didn't feel comfortable not knowing the coolant temp so I ordered a digital Guage for it. Problem was that the new sensor with the guage was 1/8npt and the port on the motor was some weird 16mm straight thread with an oring. This adapter worked perfect!
