They’re Paper wrappers. The glue part is like a sticky note so it doesn’t get residue on the napkin. We rolled plastic cutlery in a paper napkin. The pieces are long enough to hold a knife, fork, & spoon, but not so long that it wraps twice around. We added a small decoration with a glue dot, which stayed on nicely. The color did not rub off. The wrap has a nice thickness, like good printer paper. Hopefully they stay together for our event in 6 weeks.

Looks great. Works great. I love them. I really like the color I purchased, it will go with the olive colored table clothsthat will be covered with a white tulle with gold dots. This will add the perfect touch. Love it!!!

I really liked this product. The cost was reasonable and the amount of bands in the box was sufficient. I gave it four stars for easy to use because it was not quite long enough to wrap the cloth napkin and silverware so I used two for each place setting and it worked fine but took a little longer to do. I wrapped 200 place settings and had some left. The bands stuck quickly and stayed. I would highly recommend and will use again, if needed.
