I bought this as a gift for my son. He has been obsessed with everything in Japan since he was a young child. He actually speaks Japanese fluently. This is such a cute little set, the packaging as well. Looks just like the photo. Honestly I didnรขโฌโขt realize they were a heavy duty plastic I thought they were glass, But they are not cheap or flimsy.

These are very cool. I really like the paint job and the maneki neko cats. There is a few small imperfections (see photos) but nothing major.

One of the same cups seems to have paint damage. Additionally, the carafe has either something stuck to the bottom or a long chip of paint missing. I canรขโฌโขt remove it with cleaning.
