Can't say enough good things about this drying rack. Very well-designed product that seems like it can fit almost any sink configuration. I was impressed by the "telescoping" ability of the drainage tube so it can reach the sink no matter the orientation. Good color and seems like lasting/quality materials. The silverware holder can also be shifted around, and yes even the base of the silverware holder has drainage built in, which feeds into the base of the main rack (I was trying to scrutinize the photos to confirm this). Best of all, I was pleased that the "cup hanger" for the side, which in the vendor's photos seemed perched too high and susceptible to cups getting knocked over, can be hung from the middle 'rung' on the rack rather than the top rung, which means that the cups will have a lower profile and not be knocked as easily. 5 stars for me! Just ordered one for the office too.

This thing is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Solid base so the water all collects, flows to the center and drains out the spout. And the spout is adjustable to be long, so it doesn't have to sit directly at the edge of your sink. Holds 10 plates plus 5 coffee mugs plus a little extra room for other dishes (and silverware plus a spot designated for knives.) I've had this for a few months now with no signs of rust or degradation. Functions as intended.

I love this rack. I was skeptical when I put it together. Two tiered and with so many things attached to the sides that I thought it wouldn’t be able to support and it would tip to the side. Surprisingly, it holds a normal sized wood chopping board, mugs, dishes and a few extras at the same time without any concerns it might collapse. There are two things I that annoy me but I can overlook because the benefits outweigh them: 1. When you have dried items on the bottom part and put washed ones on the top, bottom ones get wet (logically) and 2. Pots and pans we use don’t fit (we use and extra drying mat for those). Still, worth the 5 stars in my opinion.

It's a bit smaller than I'd anticipated, but it's sturdy, easy to assemble and looks good on the counter. The drain spout is a bit shorter than I need, but works well. The cloth under-mat is very nice, and I like that the flatware/utensil holder drains directly into the main drain board. The detachable cutting board rack is nice, but I could use double the size of the cup/glass rack. Overall, 4 stars.

This is a very well-designed dish drain. It has an auto-drain spout to keep the bottom tray from getting wet and scuzzy. The glass holder can be placed inside or outside the rack, depending on your dish load. The knife insert is my favorite feature, as all my knives can now be safely placed in the utensil holder instead of laying in the bottom of the rack, And the utensil holder is tall enough that my longer and heavier utensils and gadgets do not fall out. Genius. There is also a bonus absorbent pad to put under the rack. All in all a well-designed and good-sized product.

I did a lot of research and was looking more at the $100 range high end dish racks. So happy I didn't waste my money and only paid $27 for this rack. I was shopping to replace the typical cheap wired rack that was beginning to show rust and age. I no longer wanted to face that type of problem down the road, hence looking at the expensive models. This rack is beautiful. The black works well in my kitchen. The advertised picture makes it look like the rim is more of a dark metallic look which I was looking forward to, but it's just plain black metal, yet still very attractive. I read many of this rack's reviews prior to purchasing. There were complaints about the water spilling over. This rack is shipped with a plugged hole. Before set up, you have to remove and dispose of the plug at the center of the base. Maybe it's there because some people don't need the draining option. The base dips a little at the center so that any dripping water flows down to the hole, into the spout, and drips into the sink. The swivel spout turns to all sides so the rack can be placed in any direction. After months of use, I have never had a problem with leaks or spilling over. I have even occasionally poured cups of water into the rack to rinse it and the water quickly and neatly flows back into the sink. I don't see how this rack will ever show rust or look anything but attractive. Another complaint was the slant of the cup holders but they work fine for me. I placed the rack longest side next to my sink, cup holder opposite long side, and utensil holder at the back. The utensil holder has 3 compartments. The third compartment has a slotted attachment for knives which can be removed if you prefer 3 open compartments. It comes with a black cloth mat to place beneath if you wish. The base of the rack has feet raising it up off of the counter, so if you prefer a more open look, don't place the mat beneath. I do have the mat beneath mine. I don't have a dish washer and this rack holds a lot without taking up much space. I have the one tiered version. The two tiered, in my opinion, would make the space look more cluttered. Note I actually purchased another similar rack at the same time, but this is the one I kept. I love it!

It's smaller than I expected. It cup drier (4) is not capable of holding 4 coffee mugs. It's made for very slim more like a shot glass or single flower vase. Not very practical in design in that aspect. It's strong. It's height is a little short first level can put in a few slim small things or 1 or 2 larger things. It is incredibly stable. Useful inspite of it's miniscule cup holder. So far so good.

This is the best value you gonna find. The double level helps with storage, drying, stability and the black color goes with and kitchen theme.

This dish rack is amazing. I love it. It sits up so it’s not right on your counter. It comes with a mat that goes under it ! And the little drain piece you can put in different positions depending on how you want to position the dish rack, Long ways or sideways, And it’s long enough either or way to reach into the sink so water goes down into the hole and drains right out so there’s never any water sitting in the tray. It’s very sturdy. It’s not a thin plastic.I’ve had to show two people how cool it is already today lol

The stand is compact but still has enough room for a lot of vessels. One can organize all the vessels neatly. The water draining feature is an additional advantage.

Great dish rack but the bottom tray didn't fit well which is ok because my sink is big enough to fit it, but if I had to have it on a counter, it would have to be forced and maybe bent slightly to fit the tray properly. This would get 5 stars if this was fixed and the utensil holder wasn't plastic and was some sort of metal like the rest of the rack.

Good solid product. Doesn’t quite fit on the sink drainer but a nice product.

Perfect size and design that supports even big pots. Suitable for above counter sink. The high sided basket makes your counter remain clean and dry. Love it! Pro tip: don’t forget to remove the plug on the draining tray.
