I wanted to test this extended reach air chuck to inflate an airplane's tires without having to remove the wheel pants but unfortunately the double chuck on the tip is a little too wide to fit through the 1" port on the wheel pants. I can, however, report that it worked fine on my car and RV tires and for that reason I give it a full 5 star review as it works for what it was more specifically intended for. The unit is made of good quality materials and workmanship. The included 1/4" NPT plug worked fine with the shop air compressor.Included are the extended reach chuck, a 1/4" NPT plug adapter for an air compressor, a small roll of thread teflon tape, and a vinyl carry bag.

Title and ASIN are included in the review because sometimes reviews get re-sorted and are no longer associated with the correct product.The Godeson Air Chuck shipped quickly and was packaged reasonably in a padded envelope. Within the padded shipping envelope, the air chuck was wrapped in a bubble wrap bag, and within this bag the air chuck arrived retail packaged in a peggable plastic bag which was clear on the front and red on the back. Inside this bag was the air chuck, quick connect, and mini spool of Teflon tape, all as advertised.I wrapped the threads on the quick connect with Teflon tape then tightened it onto the Godeson Air Chuck. I connected the Air Chuck to the hose to my shop compressor and then used it to inflate the tires on a hand truck and garden wagon which I keep down in the shop. It's funny, I didn't really realize how underinflated the tires were on the wagon, but while inflating each tire the wagon raised up an inch or so and now it moves around with ease. The long chuck made it very easy to reach the inflation stem without having to bend all the way down. I did try the hard-to-reach chuck on one of the wagon tires and it worked well.

The chuck I have no issues with. It worked well and aired up the tire mush faster that the chuck that came with my compressor. My problem is with the cheapo plumbers tape it came with. Not all plumbers tapes are equal. I've been around long enough to figure this out the hard way, but for the sake of testing things, I always use what is provided first. The plumbers tape did not stick well and required several layers before it would stick to itself. It became so thick that you could not thread the chuck onto the air compressor adapter. After replacing the shoddy plumbers tape with my own I had no other issues with this product.

Even if the mode of transportation is not an 18 wheeler, I can appreciate the 12" extended reach to inflate e.g. the tires of a passenger car.I can recommend the usage of this chuck for that extra bit of convenience. I strongly recommend the use of Teflon tape.

Revised review after additional use: This GODESON Air Chuck,12" Extended Reach Air Chuck initially seemed to work well, but the connection between the snap-in adapter and the chuck is not airtight. In fact, it leaks badly. As I need to use the adapter with my compressor, I don't know if the chuck itself is the problem, or the adapter. I'll try a different adapter and revise again.The included snap in fitting and mini roll of teflon tape complete the package and make it adaptable to your home compressor- but the connection LEAKS. One interesting note is that the included teflon tape is considerably stronger than any I've ever seen or used before. It was almost impossible to tear it, even though it is no thicker than standard tape. Recommend cutting with scissors, which is probably always a better idea anyway!

Getting air to my two back inside RV tires is a nightmare. I have to get on my back and shimmy up under the RV to make the connection. NOT ANY MORE BABY! This item is well made and works like a dream getting air to those hard to reach tires. I love this thing! Great buy!

Very sturdy construction and quality. It would be perfect slightly longer length. Worked perfectly to fill tires. The length of the extender gives you a little extra leverage to ensure the chuck is snug on the valve.
