First one that arrived had a broken glass in the box, but the replacement was intact. Seems like a lot of people have a similar experience. But they are good glasses. Good weight to them.

I got this for a Christmas gift and it looks nice and expensive, though the price is very affordable. It's heavy, therefore gives an impression of good quality. I've had a set like that for a few years and it sure looks pretty in a china cabinet! I've washed mine in a dishwasher with no problems, comes out nice and sparkly. Good quality, good looking, great gift!

Its not the first time that these type of products arrives damaged, this is crystal products, drivers or all staff need to be more careful with fragile products, just a suggestion.
