This mount was a perfect fit for my over 25 year old studio pro light the quality is great all metal construction. Used it to attach a large softbox.

Based on ownership of more than one this will fit flash point strobes bigger than Godox as 300

This was the best item I could find on US Amazon for my Neweer C-250 strobes, but they are a bit loose. I had to use heat-resistant tape to ensure a tight fit. Otherwise perfectly fine for the job.
