Instructions for Use
- Connecting to Pocket Flash: Insert the male port of power socket into the female port of AD200/Pro flash head. push forward to connect.
- Detaching AD-S200: Press the locking button of AD200/Pro and pull out the male port of power socket.
- Detaching Barndoor: Turn off the flash, hold the upper back of the barndoor with your left hand, press your rightthumb against the edge of the clamp ring and break it slightly to the right while pullina the flashtube upwards.
*Note: Please don't use brute force.

I've had the lc500 led tubes and other various tubes by other manufacturers but really was excited to give these a shot due to being 200 watts . The feel is solid feels much more premium and the carrying case is good. The light quality is nice not as harsh as I was expecting not as soft as a strobe in a softbox but not bare bulb either so a nice middle ground . I really can't think of a reason why I would ever leave it at home from now on I look forward to playing around with it more on future outings
