The spatula came apart after its 3rd use. Spoke with the manufacturer and they fixed the problem quickly and now no issues with the new one(s) they sent. Happy customer over here!

I LOVE these gold and black utensils. They look incredible and have held up for a long time. After about 6 months, a renter had broken the serving spoon (the black silicone spoon broke off the handle). I reached out to the seller asking if I could purchase a new spoon separately from the set and the customer service representative said they'd just send me a new set FOR FREE. Within a couple of weeks, I received the free new set. Exceptional customer service and outstanding product. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be getting more of these for my other rentals.

Article brisé dès la réception du colis de plus la couleur doré est déjà décolorer et usé. Dommage pour le prix. C’est cher payer pour la qualité. C’est bon si tu veux avoir un set comme parure. **** suite de la situation; après avoir contacté le service à la clientèle ils m’ont toute suite rassuré et envoyer un 2ème ensemble! Le service après vente est exceptionnel.

The spatula head has come off and the flipper head is wiggly. Tongs are low quality. Edge on label is too sharp, not comfortable
