We took them to a few camping trips in summer, and they were perfect for most any trees we had available for our hammock. You cannot be too choosey what kind of trees you got when putting up a hammock, but these straps were long enough to go around fat trees and cover a farther distance between trees. Well designed sturdy material which works well with the included carabiners.

This appears to be well constructed, and it is very easy to set up. I connected it to two sturdy trees about 20 feet apart, and it only took a few minutes. With the multiple loops, it is very easy to adjust the hammock to the proper height. I can't yet rate durability as I just set it up this past weekend, but it is heavy duty nylon strapping, and the carabiner clips seem sturdy. Great buy for the price.

I was just in Hawaii, so of course, I had to hang a hammock between a couple of palm trees on the beach. I had the Gold Armour straps for one hammock and the ENO (Eagle Nest Outfitter) straps from when I bought the hammocks. Both worked equally well for wrapping and protecting the trees, but connecting the hammock to the straps was SO much better with the Gold Armour. Instead of 6 loops, the GA straps have 18 places to hook your hammock.I could get the hammock hooked on exactly the right place so I could easily get in, and so it wasn't too low. On the ENO straps, our butts were 3" off the ground, the hammock was off-centered, or it was too high to comfortably get into.Plus, some other straps are limited to 300#. Understand that the forces of physics in a hammock are much greater than just hanging something straight down. Particularly if you are using a double hammock, get these straps.100% highly recommended!

I just got these so I can’t say how well they work, but they seem to be made with good quality materials. The color is definitely not purple though, which I wanted, much more of a dark pink, but still I look forward to testing them out on my next camping trip. I’d say these are a great deal!

These straps are very sturdy and a great quality. I would highly recommend them. After my husband saw the straps that came with my hammock he decided he needed a little bit of an upgrade for his hammock. We looked up the name on my straps and placed our order. These are identical to what I have and can already tell you they are durable. They also have lots of extra loops to choose from when setting up your hammock. Trust me when I say these will make it much easier to set up.
