These shorts are the most comfortable I have ever worn or owned and I have several pair. First off they fit very well under the gi, e.g. no bulge or thickness around the gi pants/gi belt area due to a thick waste band. They fit really well on the thighs circumference and lengthwise as well -not too tight on me. They are light, sweat wicking and ultimately feel as though you aren't but are wearing something :-). I own two pair and do plan to purchase another pair in the future. Gold BJJ, keep up the good work with your innovative and quality products for the BJJ and MMA communities!

Everything they sell is really good quality. I’ve bought shorts previously being kinda skeptical if they would be good and when I got them they were about the best grappling shorts I’ve ever bought. The same thing applies here with these compression shorts. They fit nice, they don’t slide, not suffocatingly tight while still staying compressed to your body allowing you to stay perfectly flexible. Their products are best in my opinion.

I have mostly used Shock Doctor compression shorts for jiu-jitsu until now. The Gold BJJ ones fit better and are even more comfortable. I have some Sanabuls as well, but they're terrible. I have a 31" waist and medium fits me perfect. I have the Gold BJJ spats too and they're exactly the same fit and all. They make great stuff.

Material is thinner than expected (NOT SEE THROUGH) & super comfortable. They don’t ride up, perfect for everyday exercise, grappling, sparring, etc. Will be using them in an amateur fight soon. I was recommended these after two other fighters I know have used them in the ring. Perfect. Stretchy in the legs. Slight stretch in the waist area, but not loose or going to fall/slip.(Ordered a XS w/a 26†waist.)
