The Golden Gate pick guard is very reasonably priced, looks good, is made well, and easy to install. You want to make sure to order the correct size, based on the radius of your sound hole. Also, be sure of positioning before you stick it on the guitar. (Once you stick it, it's there!) My guitar now looks "complete" with the pick guard attached, and I am delighted with the decision. Just a note: If I were installing it now, I would take the time to file a bevel around the edges. The guard is not so thick that it causes any problems, but a polished bevel would make it look just a bit classier.

Pickguard looks nice but the edges are very jagged and sharp, you will slice your finger if you are not careful.

Great upgrade for my Recording King Dreadnought RK-316, assembly went smooth without air bubbles, adhesion is fine and now a year later still in perfect condition.

I own a Martin SDWGT and hated the stock pickguard (looked like a printed picture of a pickguard under clear plastic). I’ve always loved the Dalmatian style on spruce and I pulled the old one off and put this one on. Looks great; got good complements from others.Couple things:Looks like the picture.Seems to be great quality.Couldn’t give it a 5 because the sound hole cutout has an uneven radius.

I bought this as a replacement for my Blueridge BR-43 guitar. I wanted it to look similar to my Blueridge BR-140. This pickguard is a direct replacement for the BR-140 and is almost the exact size as the BR-43, maybe just a tad smaller. I wanted relay this information to anyone else looking to do the same thing. The product arrived quickly and installed easily.

This is a really cool pickguard for the price. It matches spruce top guitars with a *lighter* stain. I had to cut a curve out of the outer edge to use it on my Recording King Parlor (RP-06). It cuts fairly easily. I suggest using an exact-o rather than scissors. But it really does look nice!

Excellent value and quality given the price - I ordered with Prime so shipping was free, and arrived the next day, on a Sunday. The pickguard is self-adhesive, it feels like it will have good staying power. I misplaced it slightly when fixing to the guitar, but it was easy enough to quickly remove and replace in the correct position.

Simple any works. The adhesive is good quality to make a lasting bond and no vibration. It is thin and did not change the acoustics of the guitar
