Unlike some other mats I have bought on Amazon, these are good quality. I used my mat cutter it to cut a larger inside area for my 10x14 painting, and it was easy to work with and looked great in the frame. In general I have found Golden State brand to be quality products.

These mats are perfect for 20x16 frames for either 12x16†portraits or overlay of 11x14†mats to add nicer dimension. If you check, the price is unbeatable!

Love these! They are the perfect off-white color. I love how they turned out. I had to trIm so excess off to fit my frames but that was my bad for not knowing the size. Overall, love!!! Great deal too. I couldn’t find a better price.♥ï¸

This is a great deal, because you get the mats and the backing boards, however this they fold the plastic bags over to ship them and they don't have to because they could lay the plastic bags flat against the backing boards and mats. The result is that the plastic bags are have a permanent horizontal crease at the halfway point rendering the bags useless for the application of their purpose. If that wasn't bad enough, they include plastic bags that have the sticky strip on the flap. Art bags have the sticky strip on the bag, not the flap. If artwork is put into these bags, it will stick to the sticky part on the flap when someone pulls it out. These bags are not usable for artwork. I have had to replace the bags at my own cost to save the prints.
