Bought the Golo size 20 thread in Hazelnut. It’s very strong and good quality, and I love the sheen. It doesn’t split or fray as it shouldn’t. While thinner than expected I’ll make it work and will know better in the future if/when ordering Golo threads. I’ll post a pic of it next to the Omega Size 20 thread in the color linen. I’ll be using a hook size 1.1 mm.As for the color, it’s very rich and reminds me of a very light milk chocolate, but warmer than chocolate as a color can sometimes be.

Had never heard of this brand, but decided to try it to make crochet snowflakes. Pure white. Doesn’t tangle. Smooth finish and very easy to work with. Will definitely purchase again.

I love knitting, I am fond of knitting. This product is very nice, its texture is pleasant and when you wash the knitted piece it does not lose its color. It is resistant and of very good quality.

I'm using this thread to make a delicate shawl for a child, I will upload a picture of the work in progress. Pattern is Sea Glass Shawl, hook size is 0.6 mm, because I am using a hook half the size recommended the work is very tight and fine. I have used approximately half a ball of the yarn so far, I really like the quality. Usually I use a #10 crochet thread and a 4.25 mm hook to make this shawl, using a finer thread and smaller hook are making for a much smaller finished product.

*UPDATED INFO:8/29/19: here is a photo of some work using this thread using a size 1.15 mm hook. Excellent quality!!!Wanted to try this (new to me) crochet thread, and purchased their Size 8. When I compared it to my collection of other crochet threads (DMC, Anchor, Manuela), it is actually the same as the traditional Size 30. So I suggest when buying this GoLo crochet thread, you consider the following comparisonsGoLo 10 = Size 20 (traditional Size) *GoLo 8 = Size 30 (traditional Size) *GoLo 6 = Might be a traditional Size 10 (I have not purchased this Size so I do not know for sure.)So I'm giving it 4 stars because of the confusing thread sizing, but the quality of the thread is very good. Also, the colours I have bought (Light Green, Golden Coffee, Sapphire and Crimson) all look like the photos GoLo used.

The product description is not correct. What's labeled as white is not actual white, but more of a light beige. It's not bad, but it depends on what you need it for.

I bought this to represent a “similar†hair color for a macrame doll gift. I would say it resembles a pretty light auburn very well. However, I would happily crochet with this as it holds up very well.

I needed a specific vibrant colour to match a top and this worked perfectly. It’s the exact shade of hot pink that I needed (although it is labelled as watermelon red). They have a large assortment so the next time I need a specific colour I will definitely order from here.
