I got the item earlier than noted which was great! I had time to analyze the bag and pack for the next day ski trip. I can say that all the positive reviews are on the spot. It comes packed small and tight but when you pull it out the package, it is a large bag but not to overwhelming that you feel it will weigh you down. I like the flexibility of the bag and the colors.I could fit lots in this bag and there is space around the opening of the boot bag section, the section in the front is giving to put in a pair of ski pants and long thermals. The side for the gloves is also giving and allows for space. The helmet fit in the top section perfectly and of course there is space around the helmet section to stuff other items in there and you can put stuff like helmet hat in the inside of the helmet. Once packed, the bag was not heavey and the handles are sturdy. Loved this bag and did not have to carry it on my back. It looks exactly like the photo and its great that they show you all the pockets and hideaway examples as you might miss the great secrets. Wonderful purchase and the material seems strong, you would have to purposely try to puncture it or tear it lol.

Sturdy, holds a lot, looks good, has good zippers. I can get a pair of ski boots (two if you count my five year old's) two helmets, and assorted gloves and whatnot in the main compartment. Smaller pockets for keys, wallet, sunglasses, etc... Good shoulder straps. Easy to carry/hang up. I'd buy again.

I am really impressed by the overall design, capacity and versatility of this pack at a such a value price-point. This pack is almost over-engineered with so many straps and features, but I can tailor it to my needs and style. For example I removed the side straps on to make it less busy since I don't intend to A-frame carry my skis often, but I can always re-attach them if I want.I don't think this is a bag I will check for air travel, given all of the external straps that can get snagged, but I'm ok with that. It's not going to be absolutely waterproof (particularly at zippers), but the fabric itself does seam impermeable.If this pack proves to be durable in the long-run - only time and mileage can answer that - this pack will be a delight.

I bought this planning on air travel. The lined boot compartment is good for boots and a pair of lodge shoes/slippers. I put small things inside the boot. The main compartment held clothes and miscellaneous gear. I put my helmet in the top compartment, but my goggles were just a bit too large for the goggle pouch - so I used that for small personal items and the goggles went inside my helmet nice and protected. There was the side pocket for gloves etc. Outside the cinch straps were handy for jackets. It was not overly bulky and having the boots in the center made it pretty stable as a backpack.

So 2+ months after I received this, it's still going strong with no issues. I've used it on local snowboarding trips and even a 2 flights to Colorado. The 50L capacity has been perfect for me so far, with no issues fitting my snowboarding boots, a couple pair of gloves, a couple beanies, my helmet, goggles, snowboarding pants, some tools, and even my jacket. Material seems similar to the North Face Base Camp duffle bag I have, though not as stiff. I'll see how it lasts in the long run after next year, but after a half a season so far, it's been perfect.

Lots of storage in this bag, I can pack everything I need for a ski trip in it. Used for one season and so far everything has held up.

Durable quality and inexpensive. It is water proof and the I liked that the zippers are not cheap and it can handle a lot of weight. It handled a ski trip, packed full of gear, and being tossed around by airline bag handlers.
