I recently had the pleasure of seeing my daughter wear the GOOBGS Women’s 1950s Retro Vintage Spaghetti Strap Cocktail Swing Dress for her graduation, and I must say, it was quite a hit! Right from the beginning, the dress exuded a charming vintage appeal, reminiscent of classic summer gatherings and elegant soirées.The spaghetti straps added a touch of femininity, while the swing design allowed for graceful movement. She felt comfortable and free, which is essential for any grad celebrating such an important milestone. One of the standout features of this dress is, of course, the pockets! They were a delightful surprise, perfect for storing small essentials, like her phone and lipstick, without taking away from the dress’s elegant silhouette. The fabric quality impressed us, as it was soft yet structured, allowing the dress to maintain its shape throughout the day. In terms of fit, it was true to size and flattered her figure beautifully. The vintage-inspired patterns offered a variety of options, making it easy for her to choose a dress that matched her personality perfectly.Overall, the GOOBGS cocktail dress not only made my daughter look stunning, but it also provided the comfort and practicality needed for graduation festivities. If you’re looking for a stylish and functional option for a special occasion, this dress deserves a spot on your list!

I was beginning to give up hope in finding a dress for the upcoming Highland Games that my family is attending. I’m so glad I tried one more! I’m usually size XL, but ordered an XXL to be on the safe side and I’m glad I did. The smocking on the back really helps it fit a variety of bust sizes. The length is great! It goes down to my knees, so I can wear bike shorts with it. I’m 5’3 for reference. I slipped it on overhead before realizing there’s a side zipper, which is just an added bonus for easy on and off.My notes: I wish the straps were adjustable. The bodice is a nice, modest fit so I don’t feel like I’m at any risk of spillage, but it would have been a nice tough. The fabric is not the best quality, but I didn’t expect it to be. It wrinkles easily and will definitely need ironed or steamed before first wear. The pockets bulge out a bit due to my large hip region, and I saw some other reviewers mention the same issue. Since this is for an event, though, it will work and I’m also just grateful for pockets in general.

I got this for my daughter for homecoming at school. It's nice because it's something that can be worn for informal but nice gatherings. I got a size small for my daughter because she is petite and it fits her just right. The pockets are deep but not too deep and not obviously noticeable. The one thing i really noticed was the fabric. It's nicely made but the fabric is thin.Overall, my daughter likes it and so do i. It makes a great party dress for the summer time.

This dress is a nice bright red color and the style is nice. However, the material is very thin and doesn’t look very high quality when you’re wearing it. The fit was on the small side and it didn’t have much stretch to it. Since I ordered this for a costume, the quality didn’t bother me, but it’s not a material I’d want to wear out.

The style of this dress is very cute. It's very lightweight and thin, but not see thru. It fits me perfectly. Be aware there is no stretch to this dress. It's very form fitting from the waist up. The quality seems good.

We ordered this for her to wear for a funeral but she loves it so much that she wears it for lots of other events. It’s classy and beautiful. Great quality and comfortable for her to wear long hours.

First of all I want to talk about the sizing. I generally wear a size 2-4. I’m 5’2 and 141lbs stepping off the scale right as I tried this on. I’m around 50 years old, lift and exercise regularly so I may be more compact for my weight than others. I am rather large chested, 34f which is why I often have to wear a size 4. Amazon recommended I order the medium but I went and looked at weight on the reviews and ended up ordering the white and blue floral spaghetti strap dress. It did zip up. But it was tight. The small was easily a zero. I laid it next to a few dresses I have that are size zero from various brands of women’s (not juniors) clothing and in many cases this dress was smaller in comparison. So unless sizing is random, it runs small. And it was short! I’m 5’2 and it hit 2 inches above my knees.I think if I had ordered the medium I would love the style and material of the dress. It would be great for the year round warm tropical climate zone I live in.The material was thin, but not cheap. It felt and looked like cotton, with a little stretch. Once it was lightly ironed and steamed it looked fabulous.Since I have zero desire to lose weight, I am going to exchange it for the medium. I highly recommend this dress. But in the style I purchased I don’t recommend sizing down like many people recommended. I would definitely size up for a more classy natural look.
