I always hated baking cookies. I found it to be a tedious process, between the mixing, rolling out and cutting, or dropping, and then during baking they usually would flatten out, or run into each other, or the bottoms burned. But a friend recommended these cookie sheets and what a difference they make! They're like nothing I've ever tried before. The cookies and biscuits I've made have turned out beautifully. You don't even need to spray or butter these, and clean-up is a breeze. They are worth the price, believe me.

These are my very favorite pans, hands down. They're a dream to clean; nothing sticks. They bake everything evenly and they're very sturdy.

I actually got this just to put over a wire shelf in my freezer so I could slide things in and out more easily. It's dimensions were nearly exact, except I had to slightly bend the upturned side a bit more. When I did so the non-stick coating immediately began to crack and flake off. Nearly all non-stick coatings easily wear off like this. So unless you want to eat teflon flakes I would not use this for direct contact of food. But it works great for my needs.

I love airbake cookie sheets! You do not have to worry about the cookies burning on the bottom, while waiting for the top to be done! They are hands down the best cookie sheets!

I like the way these air bake cookie sheets are made. They are not at all flimsy like some I had purchased. Nice price also.

I really like these nonstick pans a lot. They are heavier and more heavy duty than I expected. I’ve used them dozens of times and still look great and easy to clean. I highly recommend!

I'm not sure why but non-stick in the oven doesn't work well for my cookie sheets. I usually find it's a dozen or two uses (cooking on it or using it as a drip catcher) before food is baked on. The non-stick did not flake off, like happens with many pans, but was soon hidden under a brown surface that couldn't be washed off (despite soaking every time I used the sheet). After 18 months I'm still using the pan and will continue to do so. I use my "professional" aluminum half-rack baking sheets for cookies but use this often as a drip pan or cooking fish and chips. It's still as non-stick as before, but the surface turned a baked-on brown (old oils?) that'd have taken steel wool to remove after the first 60 days.

The larger sheet came bent on a corner. The box wasn't bent so therefore, i must have been packed damaged. It isn't enough to pay to return it and pay postage however, I paid for something new and perfect and was disappointed.
