I got this for my Kazuma viper 110 after I got a bolt stuck in the carb manifold hole , and everything came, it was very high-quality and it’s been two months now and I haven’t had any problems, would definitely recommend for Chinese pit bikes/ dirtbike

Part arrived and bolts from engine and jug would not go through factory holes due to a sleeve, for the shaft of one of the lifters. And doesn't fit 125cc. Also intake port way too small.

Installed new head torqued everything down to specs make sure crank and valves were adjusted and at top dead center. The ATV started right up perfect 45 minutes later going through the steps to break in the engine it made a loud noise, after investigating, I found the sprocket on the timing chain broke in half. Luckily, I found no other damage. I did have to get the chunks of metal out of the engine and clean it out. It was cheap. Maybe it’s corn you get what you pay for I definitely will not use this brand again.

Lieferumfang wie abgebildet: warum ich beim Wechsel des Zylinderkopfes auch einen neuen Kolben brauche, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - andererseits: warum nicht einen neuen Kolben mit entsprechend neuen Kolbenringen einbauen. Kann ja nicht schaden.Die Teile waren passgenau und problemlos einzubauen. Die Zylinderkopfdichtung ist bei mir der Schwachpunkt: ich musste die Zylinderkopfschrauben schon mehrmals nachziehen, da Abgase austraten. Mittlerweile habe ich schon Beilagscheiben unter die Zylinderkopfschrauben gelegt, da sonst wegen den Hutmuttern ein weiteres anziehen nicht mehr möglich gewesen wäre.Ich muss wohl bald eine neue Dichtung kaufen und den Kopf nochmals demontieren.Von der Leistung bin ich positiv überrascht - das Moped hat ein paar Stundenkilometer Höchstgeschwindigkeit gewonnen und auch die Beschleunigung ist subjektiv besser.Ich würde das Set wieder kaufen, dann aber eine bessere Kopfdichtung verbauen.
