The set up process was incredibly fast and the mobile app easy to use. We literally had 2 customers in line while we set it up and both left a review. It works like a charm :)The analytics report is very useful and you even get notifications anytime someone scans it.It feels a a looks like a great quality product and it’s worth the money. Will definitely buy again.

These cards initially worked very well and I was getting a significant increase in reviews from patients. Unfortunately they stopped working after 3 months and I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. I would stay away and go with a more trusted brand like Zappy Cards

The product did not work as advertised and the item is not eligible for return. Amazon customer service resolved the issue by providing a refund.UPDATED 2/6/24: Originally the product did not work and I don't believe it was programmed. Capture 360 followed up and sent a new one free of charge. New one works as described. Excellent customer follow up and service. Changed from 1 star to 4 star.

Mine didn't work right away and I don't blame the product. With so many different phones and systems, it's not surprising sometimes it doesnt work.I reached out on Amazon, in less than 2 min I got a message to go to their site. I went there and the website chat got picked up by someone right away. In less than 3 min the person called me and helped me solve my problem.The cards work like a charm.DON'T PANIC. Just reach out to them and they will help you if it doesn't work right away!!

I was intrigue when I saw the advertisement on how a little plastic stand could interact with my customers phone so they could leave a review. It's magic. I am just testing it with my own phone and it led me right to my page. But to make this even better the customer service at capture360 was off the chain....the man who I chatted with...even remembered programming my card for my restaurant! Can you believe this. So yes this product is a 5 stars! now I just have to teach my guests to make the best of it! fabulous thank you
