Awful customer service, headset feels cheap and not worth the price

I bought this on Indiegogo, and so far I love it.The advantage is that it sits on your head and not on your nose ( making it way more comfortable) and has more adjustments than your “sunglasses†style wearable monitors. No dead pixels, it’s light and comfortable to wear, surprisingly small, and the physical vision adjustments are great. It also comes with a battery pack. For a wearable monitor (that doesn’t apply pressure on your nose), this is as good as it comes.I use it to play games and watch while flying and wouldn’t consider anything else.My only hope for a future version is that the arm has more range of motion. For $300-400, you can’t go wrong for a wearable monitor, considering that most large monitors are around that price point anyways except this fits in your pocket.

I like the product design, it's very light, the screen looks better than those AR glasses, but the problem is quality control. The first unit I got has a single dead pixel on the left panel and came with a small dent. The replace I got is much worse, came with 5+ dead pixels and a chip (see the photo)Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I have multiple XR products including Quest 2/3, Vive, Vision Pro, none of them have dead pixels

Very light, still able to see physical area with the Goovis art on. I find it more convenient to just bend up the display out of my eyesight (also able to use eyeglasses with the art) to be able to interaction with anyone around me then quickly bring display down to resume movie i was watching.
