I originally had submitted the review back in September, so it was not a quick response, but it was indeed really helpful.Basically they asked me to detail exactly what happened and I did so, while also sending them additional pictures of the defective products I had received. They were really supportive during the process and offered me a replacement.I have to say that upon receiving the replacement item, I used it extensively during the holidays and it didn't show any signs of wear, which makes me thing it is a top quality product. I have yet to assess the durability of the table during a more extended period, but so far it stands to its price bracket. It is indeed PRO.I'm sorry I originally thought bad of P&P Imports, as the original problem was evidently caused by the shipping company's handling procedures but I was a disappointed customer and didn't know who to speak to.In short, I have to say that this is a great product, albeit it's hard to getting used to it at first, due to it being higher than other Beer Pong tables. However, that proves to be an advantage over time, and keeps the Beer Pong game fresh and challenging.In short: This is a great product, made by a supportive company,************************************ORIGINAL REVIEW***********************************************I've just opened the box for this Beer Pong table and what I found is both disappointing and unacceptable.First, a little background: I'm a Beer Pong enthusiast. Everybody in my town knows me and I've organized several Beer Pong tournaments in the city. I've had charity events as well as for-profit ones. Basically, Beer Pong is my full-time hobby, many people even call me the 'Beer Pong guy'. And I like it. I do.Now, I've known Go Pong for a while, and I've bought several tables from them, I think overall they offer the best quality and value. I know the Chinese company they get their tables manufactured from, since I contacted said company a while ago when I was thinking on starting a Beer Pong related store here. Fast forward to now, I've since desisted from that business idea and instead opted for buying directly from Go Pong for all my Beer Pong needs. It just saves me the hassle.My experience with the Go Pong tables had been pretty good so far, they are overall reliable and classy, which is the reason why I bought only from them. Also, I see they share my passion, since I know they offer several related products. I started buying the classic model and eventually, I wanted to experience their higher end models. So I bought the model with a customizable whiteboard and holes for the cups. And that's when it started.I just received it on Aug 15, 2015 (a month ago) and last week the part where the cups are held broke on one end of the table (I included a picture). I couldn't believe that, especially for an item that costs $100. I started analyzing why it happened and it is obvious: the seals on each cup hole are not 'sealed' enough. So liquid that's spilled goes directly onto the MDF board, which is a liquid sponge, and eventually the board becomes so weak that simply by handling the table it broke. If you're considering buying that table, I strongly advise you not to, buy the black, standard version ($80). Since my bad experience with the $100 table, I decided I might need something more durable and without cup holes. Let me tell you why was I completely disappointed: I couldn't even play a single Beer Pong game, It came broke out of the box. Very nice table. I love the height being I’m over 6 foot tall, it’s very comfortable to play on. Opens and closes easily. Very sturdy when set up and the folding design Andes it easy to transport.

My original review had to be updated because I was able to return it!!! Got the refund and just ordered a new one, which came in perfect condition! This table it effing awesome! The height is perfect, and any other table short than this one isn’t fun. Thanks for the great service and table!!So I do love the table. I did receive it with some damage. I needed it for the weekend and glued the area where it was damaged and it doesn’t look great and in hopes water doesn’t get through and started warping the material. Wish I could get a replacement at this point

Definitely a nice table but roommates broke it when I was out and hid it from me smh. I’m guessing, it breaks kinda easy tho so I would be careful moving it (hence the 4 star instead of 5) or you will be out of luck!

I bought these to have for my 21st birthday party and I hadn't unboxed them to avoid damage but as I open the second table I notice a spot that had been pushed into the table creating a hole which irritates me to know that it came that way and since its been over 30 days I can't return it. The table itself is built well but disappointed with the lack of care they took while boxing it up.

The replacement arrived quicker than quoted, and everything was perfect out of the box!*** UPDATE ***After contacting the manufacturer and sending pictures of the damage, they agreed to send me a replacement. They're on back order, so I've yet to receive the replacement yet, but I'm updating the review on good faith that they will come through. I do think the product is quality. I like the height and it's very solid and stable. I could imagine covering it with a table cloth and using these tables for a banquet/potluck or as a side table due to it's long and narrow (for a table) dimensions. Of course that's in addition to the primary, advertised purpose, which is always fun as well. I'll update this once more after I receive the replacement product.***************************************************************************************I purchased this table to have a setup for beer pong at a birthday party I was hosting. When the table arrived, one side of it had bubbling all around the edges that causes the table to not be flat. The area that the beer pong cups are placed was unaffected, so we were able to use the table for the party. But for something costing more than $100, I expected more. The other side of the table was correct.The table itself is pretty nicely constructed and I like the height, but I must have got received a dud or maybe it was damaged in shipping. Either way, it's going to be hard/annoying to return since I don't have the box and it weighs a significant amount :-(

I busted this out for a super bowl party and it was a blast. It looks great- clean lines, attention to detail, easy to clean. It's the perfect height and size and definitely a crowd pleaser. Unfortunately after folding it and opening it twice, the aluminum hinges snapped on both sides completely ruining the table. I emailed P and P Imports- the company who manufactures this table and spoke to Kayley who asked for photos of the damage and a receipt of purchase. After sending these to her she immediately send me a brand new table, free of charge. Amazing company and amazing customer service. She has informed me that the company is aware of the issue and is working to install sturdier hinges.TLDR- Great table, it broke, amazing customer service- sent me a brand new table.

Big hit very sturdy my son has been using this for over six years now and travels with it to parties still as nee as the day we have gave it to him

I ordered a beer pong table and was sent a cornhole game. I returned the cornhole game and was sent the beer pong table I originally ordered. When I opened the package they had once again sent me a cornhole game! I asked for my money back after second mistake.
