Purchased for personal use, getting ready for summer activities, and the most fun memories yet to come. Still learning the functionality but, the hero 12 black is easy to use once you have it all set.

Got a huge amount of accessories, but none that I actually use. I had to create custom rigs sometimes using included accessories. I used helmet cam mount, (I guess that's what it was) to tie paracord and a light to drop over kayak to view bottom of lake. No included accessories for that, but got tons straps, harnesses, attaching devices, mounting items, including the worst design EVER for a tripod, that I will never use. Love the camera. Just don't like paying for expensive items that nobody wants but is included in order to inflate price.

All the parts shown were present. However there are no instructions or a guide on the slots for the carrying case and the slots don't appear to shaped in a way that fits any particular part of the kit.When using the mounts in bumpy conditions such as forestry with an excavator it is necessary to tighten mounts using a screwdriver as I could not do it with my thumb (this isn't a bad thing).The camera has a short battery life.If you try to...Charge and record at the same time...Power externally with the battery removed and the battery door shut using a passthrough door...Record a video more than 30 minutes long at the highest resolution...Then the camera overheats and shuts off.I am using it in an excavator with AC. The temp inside is great. No direct sunlight. It's the Camera's poor design.When it does take video it looks great. Stability of the video is good. If not for the overheating it'd be a good camera.

Outstanding quality, there was one issue. A single item was missing from the 50 pc acessory kit, messaged the vendor and they took care of it instantly. Alwasy great when the vendor ensures customer satisfaction!
