Really great kettle. Very fast - 1/2 the time of the microwave for boiling water. Easy controls. Not sure that I need the remote app, but it works great. Color change let's you know what's happening in the kettle - I like the window in to see how high the water is.Cool to the touch on the outside, so safe on the counter. Lid stays attached and pops open - love this - no lost lid.Really great kettle and a really great price.

I’ve had this 2 months so far and I am happy with it. It’s very easy to use with and without the app. I’ve had no connectivity issues and it works well with Alexa. I love being able to say “boil water†when I get up and when I make it to the kitchen it’s ready to go. Keep warm function works well too.

Convenient kettle that has different options. Different temperatures for different uses, like tea, green tea, black tea, oolong tea, coffee…You can control it from the kettle or from an app. So easy to use and also can keep your water hot for 30 minutes after reaching the desired temperature.

We really like this tea pot. Well, we really want to anyway. Everything is as advertised but there are a couple of things we just could not overlook. First, it spills when you pour. There are ways to prevent this but we have people of varying ages and some of these people don’t slow down, ever. When they go to pour, in their haste, boiling water ends up on the counter and potentially on them. If you live a life that allows you to pour slowly, then this isn’t an issue. If you are busy and a fast pourer, I would think twice. Our other issue is that the tank itself is plastic. It’s advertised as plastic and we thought it would be ok, but we realized quickly that this limits our options. Again, faster lifestyles have to take extra steps to accomplish certain tasks. That all said, it is otherwise an excellent product. Absolutely love the app and literally everything else about this. It’s quiet, easy to use, and heats up quickly. Fix the spout design and make the tank itself glass and we would own two.

The app is easy to use and works super well - connecting was a breeze that barely took 10-15 seconds. It is such a luxury to be able to get my tea started before I even leave bed. I also like the "traditional" kettle shape better than the gooseneck kettles that are trendy right now. Sometimes I wanna poor my water quickly! This is great for that. There's a filter in the poor spout that doesn't get in the way (so far - idk how it will be after a year of use) which is a nice touch.

I really like the idea and the fact I can use Alexa or Google to turn control the Kettle is great and it has worked well for 11 months But the Kettle has failed has failed into a dangerous state. It will only boil and will Boil dry (in its current state). I have to take the Kettle off the base to get it to stop. I cannot control the kettle by the app or by Alexa. I only got 11 months of daily use from it sadly.Based on my experiences I cannot recommend it and certainly not given the current (will boil dry) safety issue.

The Bluetooth option is great and app is easy to use. The keep warm function is a nice feature. Having multiple temp settings is a big plus.
